The following are the rules, regulations, and course of fire governing 9mm Pistol Competitions held by the Jersey Pistol Club.
Pistols: |
- Any centrefire 9mm semi-automatic pistol.

Sights: |
- Any metal sights which may be adjustable, any colour
- Orthoptics not allowed

Grips: |
- Any wood, plastic or rubber grips which properly pit the pistol
- Orthopaedic-type grips are not allowed in this competition

Safety: |
- Any safety that is fitted must operate
|
Trigger: |
- In the opinion of the Range Officer the trigger must be safe
|
Positions: |
- Standing.
- Both hands may be used to hold or steady the pistol.

Shooting Distances: |

Rules: |
- This competition will be conducted in the spirit of current ISSF Regulations.
- Each competitor is deemed to know the course of fire, the regulations relating to the pistols, and conduct of the competition.

Course of Fire: |
- The Competition is conducted in three (3) consecutive courses of twenty (20) shots each.
- Each course consists of four (4) five (5) shot series.
- Four (4) series of five (5) shots, each series completed in one hundred and fifty (150) seconds.
- Four (4) series of five (5) shots, each series completed in twenty (20) seconds.
- Four (4) series of five (5) shots, each series completed in ten (10) seconds.
- Before the competition begins, a series of sighting shots may be fired within a time limit of one hundred and fifty (150) seconds.
